Returning an Order

  • Customers have 30 days to return orders from the date the order is delivered, for a full refund, exchange or refund to online Store Credit.
  • We understand that it can take some time for returns to reach us, especially if these are being sent internationally. 
  • The return does not need to arrive back at KicksLove HQ within the 30 day returns policy it simply needs to be in transit back to us within that time. 
  • Once it arrives back with us, our returns team should process the return within 3-7 working days and send an email confirmation once it is complete.
  • Orders will be refunded to the original method of payment, or a new order will be created for an exchange if requested. 
  • For any refunds we advise allowing up to 3-5 working days for this to appear in their account.

We don’t currently cover the cost of returns for our International Customers. Therefore, you can use your local postal service or a courier to send the item back to us.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking information handy. Don't forget to enclose a completed returns form with your order. If you don't have one, you can download it HERE.

Please note that the speed at which we receive your return will depend on the service you use to send it back to us. We usually aim to have orders processed within 5 working days of receiving them back in our warehouse.

Here are a few additional things to keep in mind:

  • Please ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined in our returns and guidelines, which you can find HERE.
  • Please clearly mark 'Returned Items' on the outer packaging and make sure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form.
